The process began when the client filled out an inquiry form on our website. We quickly scheduled a site visit with his realtor to tour the condo and gather essential details through photos and videos. During the visit, we discussed his vision for the space, and he expressed an interest in a modern rustic style.
With this vision in mind, we created a mood board tailored to his preferences and got his approval. The next step was an intensive three-day shopping spree to select all the furniture and décor needed for the staging. On the staging day, we loaded our trucks and brought everything to the condo for setup. We also had our videographer capture high-quality photos and videos, which the client could use for their listing.
Once the staging was complete, we provided an invoice for all the purchased furniture and items, along with the service cost. The client then paid for the items and the staging service, ensuring a seamless and successful Airbnb staging project.
